Default Dave's goals

So I set some short term goals for my self, but I have question as well:

I currently weigh 175. my short term goal is to be around 168-69 by July. I don't want to see 175 again. I started my workout a couple weeks ago, I do 30 to 45 minutes on the eliptical machine 2-3 days on week days due to school and 1-2 hours of racquetball on the weekend. And started yesterday to do push ups.

I would like to think I eat pretty good, I have a bowl of qoatmeal or cereal every morning with a glass of water to fill me up, and that Megamen Multi-Vitamin. Then a Sandwich or Vegatable soup w/ fat free crackers and water for lunch. Then for Dinner I eat something light like cereal or fruit with water. IDK any other suggestions!

Sounds like a decent setup to me man. I think you will start to see some results with that if you keep it goin steady. Im interested to see what the others post though. They might have some other suggestions you can do on top of the current stuff. :)

You might want to eat more very small meals through out the day. Seems like your not eating a lot at all throughout the whole day. Maybe snacks here and there through out the day.

I did a quick calculation of what your eating and well if your eating a proper serving of each your really not getting a lot and more than like going to lose your weight but due to catabolism on protein.

Here is the break down for you.

that's my problem, I don't know exactly what to eat. Since I really don't have a clue on how Carbs, Protein and calories work I eat so I eat whatever I think is healthy so I'm probably missing out on other foods and snacks that could be eating. Thanks

Any help would very much be appreciated.

Not a problem check this out intake calculation

then browse out nutrition section and view a sample meal plan. I would cut back maybe 300 - 500 kcal from what that program told you to lose the weight your looking for.
