Alright.. I've slacked off too much. Time to get back into it.
![]() Starting today. I'm back on the routine. Time to get me in better shape (more filled out), more flexible (less cramps while fighting waves), and eating correctly (at LEAST 2 full meals per day. Hopefully more like 4.)

Okay. Well here goes..
I had kind of come to terms with the fact that I could not cram my routine into my current busy schedule any longer.. so I gave up for this year. (That was a month or two ago) NOW.. however, I have just graduated from college with my bachelors degree (on Saturday, 15th) SOOooo.. I will be getting this routine going again. I will be busy up in Lake Tahoe (visiting family and a bunch of snowboarding) so I probably wont be posting much until after New Years.. but yeah. I'm goin to ease back into it and try this whole building myself up a little more. I'll weigh myself on Friday, but I glanced last Friday and I think I was sitting at 160.2lbs. (YES... I lost weight. )

Haha.. well I ended up disapearing because this was my final term at school.. and I got my usual full schedule plus one additional class (Senior Project class) to add on more work.. it was a big mess. But I had to do that in order to graduate and all that.
But yeah.. Im back now.. ![]()

Well, welcome back.. I wasted away while I was gone, 225 down to 200 but I have about the same body fat perctentage as before. Somehow, after getting back into lifting for a few weeks I can still put up the same weight (on most exercises) as before.

Nice.. I only dwindled down from 165ish to 160. (Ahh crap, just realized its Friday and I forgot to weigh myself.
) But I'll get back into it, plus Im going to be getting into surfing more often, so that will definitely help me too. ![]()
