Yeah, I just bought a small bag yesterday of mixed veggies to hold me over, Ill probably buy a big one at Costco. I have a bunch of rice still that needs to be eaten (haven't cooked rice for a while), SoupNazi got me addicted to oatmeal so yeah, I'll need to pick up some more. I should pick up some salad too.. those big bags usually go bad before I get to the bottom, but I should probably be eating it everyday anyways.

you could portion off your veggies and freeze them. I slice my bell peppers and freeze them so when i make sandwhiches or stir fry or fijitas i can just open the bag.

Instead of cluttering up my high-talk, low-pic "Photo Journal" even more, I'll post my weight updates in my goals thread now..

Friday 5/25 - 169.4
Friday 6/01 - 168.8
Friday 6/08 - 167.4
Friday 6/15 - 166.2
Friday 6/22 - 165.0
Friday 6/29 - 168.0
Friday 7/06 - 171.2
Friday 7/13 - 168.0

I knew I'd fall short this week.. Last weekend I got a real bad sunburn across my whole back, I tried to hit the exercise room to keep up on bench presses and such.. but it felt like someone lit my back on fire anytime it touched anything. (even had to sleep on my stomach all week and would wake up throughout the night to pain when I'd roll over). So I was only doing dumbell things/pushups a few times this week (Even push ups were hurting pretty bad).

Anyway, next week should be better..

Whoops. I need to eat more often. I just realized all I ate yesterday was a granola bar around 10am, and a grilled cheese sandwich at about 6pm. That on top of not doing any workout this past week..

Yeah, I couldn't afford to do that.. plus I think my skin would be really bad if I ate fast food all the time. I want to be a little more bulky, but not unhealthy.. Thanks though. I'll get there eventually.. Im not that worried about it.

Well eating fast food would be a great way to pack on weight it isn't the clean weight we're looking for and more than likely will have negative effects. I'm going to agree with E36 on not going with that approach.

Thanks. Can you get "natural" style peanut butter at regular grocery stores? Or do I have to look elsewhere? I've been thinking of maybe going to natural when I finish off my processed junk I have right now.

Sure you can. Our grocery even has it in the store brand.
