Nice, man! Thanks. Good tips for the college budget. I have a load of rice sitting around that I never eat anymore.. so maybe I can get back into those bags.

Thanks again. :)

According to some calculating from measurements.. I'm around 11.2% body fat and 20.1 on the BMI scale thingy..

How are those numbers for me? Good? Bad?

Shoot me straight..

BMI i really don't give much validity to just because it doesn't take into account lean bodymass vs fat mass. However bodyfat percent I do like as it's more accurate. 11.2% is good. The reference male is around 15% bodyfat.

hahha.

I do eat them both at the same time.. hah. They compliment each other VERY well. Very dry feeling peanut butter has taste. The plain oatmeal has the moistness. :)

Take a bite of one, take a bite of the other.. back and forth till they are gone. It's good.

Yeah man, like I said in your thread.. sounds like we have same scenario going. Take notes on what was said in this thread too. It should help you out also.

:handclap

..I sure couldn't do it. I work 38hrs/wk mornings, and school 4hrs (20/wk) at nights. Only free time is Sat/Sun. And I try to enjoy times with my gf and friends and visit family and have my fun life. :yes
