Default Sounds Simple, right?

SHORT TERM GOAL:Gain min 2lbs each week .
LONG TERM GOAL : Raise body weight from 145 lbs. 3% bf to 190 lbs 6% (or below) bf in 26 weeks or less.

That 2lbs per week is a very high and almost hate to say this unrealistic goal, especially when talking about lean body mass. This is my suggest to you take it for what it's worth. Start a photo journal on here and also record body measuremets every week and after you take those measurements take your pic this will allow you to see the progress your making. Don't be to caught up with numbers because after a while numbers will be all that matters to you and it's what those numbers represents that important. Sometimes it's hard to see the progress yourself until you see it develope over time.

ok mate, you're one of the hard gainers.

What do you eat before hitting the gym to lift weights, at what time do you lift, and if you do cardio, what time?
I'll try to help you out.
