Yes, i'm going to start tomorrow, i'm just a little bit confused. The first Monday on the table is a upper body day, but the second Monday(of the following week) is a rest day. So do I just restart the cycle on Tuesday of next week?

Monday Morning, 1 week update: 153.9 13.4% BF
The numbers seem to suggest that I actually lost muscle, but I'm seeing gains in my chest and back, and in the upper abs. Just a bit disappointing to see a loss in weight and a rise in fat. |

Update:
My shoulders and my arms are getting bigger and more defined, my chest is growing, albeit slowly and my legs are getting bigger and more defined, but my abs are getting worse if anything. I feel like I am depositing more fat, and losing definition. It may also be in my head, but it looks as if my face is getting slightly rounder. Right now for abs I'm doing: Situps 3x12 Planks 3x90 seconds Crunch on Swedish Ball Back Extensions holding a 35 lb plate, 3x8 I take Muscle Milk shakes with 12oz of Milk after my Upper body workouts, but no supplements after lower body. Usually eat a bowl of oatmeal 15 minutes before working out, and a sandwich right after(Turkey, 1 slice of cheese, whole wheat bread, mustard). I'm thinking maybe I should start adding Cardio to my workout? |

Added Cardio to my workouts about 3 weeks ago, 4 times a week after every workout.
Treadmill: 4.5mph 5min 5.0 5min 5.5 5min 6.0 5min 6.5 5min 7.5 2min 8.5 2min 10.00 1min Just weighed in this morning, bodyfat down to 11.7%, but weight dropped to 151 as well. I'll try to get new pics within the next few days. |
