I now weigh 175lbs.




But the belly is smaller than before and my back has gotten more defined. :rock

Another update:

Finally got the electro-blah-lbah body fat measurement and it read me as 9.5% w/ 16.1lbs of fat.

5'7" 170lbs 9.5% body fat. I'll be checking again tomorrow to see how legit that reading was.

Update again:

Weighed in last night @ 174lbs. I'm getting leaner and my arms and back have gotten a little bigger. Not sure on BF%, I'll try to get a reading tonight. I don't have much fat on my body, but it ALL seems to be in my mid section. I've been working my abs everyday I'm at the gym. I'd post pics but I'm shy... teehee.

Thats good man seems like your bodyfat percentage is lowering especially if you're staying the same weight but getting bigger. Have you changed up your work up at all or still doing the same thing?

I'm having the same problem as you, all my fat is now clustered right over my abs, but I'm at 13% bodyfat rather than 7.5. What kind of ab workout ae you doing?

Yeaa. It sucks man 'cause I'm so short. If I grew another 2-3" this fat would spread out

I don't know the names of the workouts I do, but I'll look it up. I spend about 30 mins on abs alone! What I really need is cardio =P

Saw your pics man, yours isn't too bad. I wouldn't worry about losing fat yet just bulking up.

The NO Xplode has creatine in it, that is why your mass will get bigger and your weight will not drop but you will be leaner .
