Update again:
Weighed in last night @ 174lbs. I'm getting leaner and my arms and back have gotten a little bigger. Not sure on BF%, I'll try to get a reading tonight. I don't have much fat on my body, but it ALL seems to be in my mid section. I've been working my abs everyday I'm at the gym. I'd post pics but I'm shy... teehee.

Yeaa. It sucks man 'cause I'm so short. If I grew another 2-3" this fat would spread out
![]() I don't know the names of the workouts I do, but I'll look it up. I spend about 30 mins on abs alone! What I really need is cardio =P Saw your pics man, yours isn't too bad. I wouldn't worry about losing fat yet just bulking up.
