Default MotoJoes Goals

Hey guys/gals
I would like to drop another 8-10lbs in hopes of burning off the chubby baby fat from around my stomach area. I currently do 4 days of cardio/weight training that cosist of running 2+ miles along with crosstraining and stationary biking. i do this for at least 30 minutes non-stop then do various weight training. I usually eat yogurt or ceral for breakfast then tuna at lunch or yogurt and lunch. then usually whatever i want for dinner. Mostly that cosist of grilled steak, pork or chicken with rice or noodles etc.... i like to watch what i eat for the most part. I only take a multi-vitamen and GNC Thermoburst before i workout. ive shed around 2" and 15 lbs doing this since about this time last year. i lost the weight within a few months but that last 8-10lbs have been really stuborn. Any advice on supplements, changing my routine or diet would be greatly appreciated.

From what you posted so far here is what i would suggest.

1. Do your cardio after your weight training
2. Track what you've been eating.

Nutrition is the biggest part of fitness, seems like your doing a pretty good job. But focus a little bit harder on dinner and track it and we'll see what your progress is. I would like to find out how many calories your eating per day.

ok will do, i'll start writing down what i am eating and the calorie intake on those items. I usually try to keep track in my head and stay around the 1500-2000 range

That's what I do, wouldn't have it any other way. My t-shirt is soaked afterwards...

Plus I don't have to lift soaking wet, or wipe off the bench.

it's really a more efficient way to really make sure you have the strength and energy to do your weight training properly if you do both the same day.
