From what you posted so far here is what i would suggest.
1. Do your cardio after your weight training 2. Track what you've been eating. Nutrition is the biggest part of fitness, seems like your doing a pretty good job. But focus a little bit harder on dinner and track it and we'll see what your progress is. I would like to find out how many calories your eating per day. |

That's what I do, wouldn't have it any other way. My t-shirt is soaked afterwards...
Plus I don't have to lift soaking wet, or wipe off the bench. |
