Default Need Some Help!

i feel fat lately, although i know im not fat..i have just been eating way too much food. The past month i have been good on my dieting and just eating 4 decent sized meals a day because i do a lot of cardio, and lift everyday...but this past week i have just been scarfin down food like it is nothing, and im startin to feel crappy cause of it..any suggestions..i.e metabolism boosters, healthy foods that fill you up, etc...thanks!

ps. im currently 160 pounds, ideal weight for me is 155. im tryin to drop my BF % as well.

first of all: relax. ok so you ate more than usual this past week, no big deal it happens to all of us and that doesnt mean you are going to gain 50lbs.

the best healthy filler up breakfast i find is about 1cup of oatmeal, side of fresh fruit, and yogurt.

follow up in about 2.5-3hrs with a snack that has protein (this will curb your hunger)

i know i know..im just afraid cause i used to weight 220 pounds 1 year and half ago..so thats why im paranoid! :( but thanks for the tip, i usually eat 1 cup of oatmeal, but ill start incorporating fruit in it

well my bf is pretty low rite now, it was a little less than 10% as of last month, but ive gained a few pounds so its prolly around 10.5 or w/e, im not sure..but i just want to get toned pretty much

I would look at really hitting multi jointed exercises, spending a little bit longer of a bike and increasing your caloric intake.

most days i usually run for 40 minutes, about 5 miles burning 550 calories..today i ran for 7.25 miles burned 1000 cause i ran on incline...days i ride the bike i ride for 45 minute and do about 9 miles..im not sure what else im missing. what are some examples of multi join exercises?

multi jointed exercises would be instead of doing leg extensions or curls to do a squat, an exercise that is using multiple joints to perform the action. I would also look at decreasing the intensity of the exercise and going at a slower pace.
