My New Goal
There is a bike ride called the the Furnace Creek 508. If you're interested in knowing about it, do some searching on google, there's plenty.
I've decided I'm going to do this ride for a friend of my family who did a lot of cycling before he was diagnosed with cancer. That's it for now. I'll give more details as I sort things out.

508 miles in death valley sounds like a fun way to spend the weekend. Ultra endurance marathon, have you given any though into triathlons

I know this is thread is a month old, but if I remember correctly you are the guy who owns the restaurant in Pasadena, which would mean you are close to me. If you need a riding buddy to circle around the rosebowl a few times, let me know.

nice new sig man, kinda scary when you think about it. Especially when you thinkn of comorbid conditions which i'm sure the kid already has
1. obestiy 2. hypertension or pre-hypertension (120/80 mmHh) 3. Diabetes. 4. High cholesterol (soon enough)

Working with obese children is a difficult task because you really can't put them on a VLCD (very low calorie diet) because they need the intake. I didn't even notice the nascar hat.
