so far after 3 months of training ive gained almost 8 pounds and ive dropped my body fat % from 11.5 to 9
barbell bench 230 (old) to 250 barbell incline 185 to 200 squat 300 to 350 deadlift 225 to 275 i improved on everything altho the ones listed above were much greater than some.:fire |

well, all i have been doing is running lifting and eating crap loads of chicken breast and protein!...i am actually not sure how accurate the body fat % is because it wasnt done with calipers but the handheld thing that sends the pulse through the body..but hopefully soon i can have my gym give me an accurate measurement
