New goal; I was at 19% last week at the end of my bulk at 191lbs, now I need to reach 8% bf before march 21st, about 30 days more or less. I started at the beginning of this week.
The plan; My meals will consist of only leafy greens, starchy carbs, fibrous veggies(300cals) with lean protein(200cals) 8 times a day, maybe 9 times depending what time I wake up. :D
4-5 sessions of cardio, 45 mins each, in the morning before breakfast along with some BCAA's to prevent muscle loss. Second session will consist of weight lifting, high intensity, high reps, low weight(20reps, 16 sets total for each muscle group).
It's almost a week in and I'm at 17% bf. Hopefully my metabolism won't shut down on me for reducing my caloric intake drastically, if it does I'll increase the carbs for a few days and cut them down again, I'll keep you guys posted.
