i just want to build moreeee muscle, im gettin there, just gonna require more hard work and effort from here on out..considering im only 19, ive got a long time left
one goal however is to run the 25k marathon that is coming up here in may successfully... a 2nd goal is to drop to 7% body fat, right now im sittin at 10% |

i have run marathons before, but only 5 and 10k, not 25k haha so we will see how that goals
ive gained around 8 pounds in muscle since december, i think it'll be hard from here on out because i do so much cardio that i will just burn alll the calories off..im definitely getting a lot stronger tho |

my cardio is usually 6 miles running one day, 4 miles the next, then 3 miles the third day..just so i can rest some..my heart rate is somewhere around 180 i think while running...thats what the treadmills say atleast haha
