Default some goals?

i just want to build moreeee muscle, im gettin there, just gonna require more hard work and effort from here on out..considering im only 19, ive got a long time left

one goal however is to run the 25k marathon that is coming up here in may successfully...

a 2nd goal is to drop to 7% body fat, right now im sittin at 10%

Those sound like pretty good goals to have, one of our members just finished running a marathon.

What is your plan for putting on muscle mass? Has it been working so far?

good luck with your goals. you should definately check out the thread that cabezon put after his first marathon...some good advice in there. keep us posted on your progress!

i have run marathons before, but only 5 and 10k, not 25k haha so we will see how that goals

ive gained around 8 pounds in muscle since december, i think it'll be hard from here on out because i do so much cardio that i will just burn alll the calories off..im definitely getting a lot stronger tho

how are you doing your cardio now and where are you keeping your heart rate

my cardio is usually 6 miles running one day, 4 miles the next, then 3 miles the third day..just so i can rest some..my heart rate is somewhere around 180 i think while running...thats what the treadmills say atleast haha
