try doing them with 3lb weights for a few days just to get used to all of the moves, then up it to 5lbs for a week then make it your goal to use 8lbs or even 10lbs.
trust me, those videos from the 80s and 90s are awesome!!! i still use one that my sis recorded from espn way back in the day (its called buns in motion) |

I am actually sore! I had a personal trainer at 24 hour fitness help me out on Saturday afternoon and I'm still sore! I worked on my arms- tricepts and bicepts. I did alittle today but I am still sore. I am no longer counting calories, just avoiding crappy food in general and trying to eat better. I have gained some weight and feel better:)
