I have this DVD called "The Firm" for arms, back and upperbody. It's from the 90's and a bit cheesey but the workout is pretty intense. My goal is to do it with 3-5lb weights everyother day when I am not doing cardio. I hope to see results in a few weeks? I do swim nightly. LoveGuinness may be right about my scale...I asked one of my room mates about our scale and she said that home scales are sometimes 5lbs less than professional doctor's scales. So Maybe LG is correct and I am 108lbs! :)

try doing them with 3lb weights for a few days just to get used to all of the moves, then up it to 5lbs for a week then make it your goal to use 8lbs or even 10lbs.

trust me, those videos from the 80s and 90s are awesome!!! i still use one that my sis recorded from espn way back in the day (its called buns in motion)

Glad to see that we are getting along and being polite and loving again.
LG and LW you are both beautiful and in great shape and I hope one day soon this fat size 12 will look half as great as you two!

I am actually sore!
I had a personal trainer at 24 hour fitness help me out on Saturday afternoon and I'm still sore! I worked on my arms- tricepts and bicepts. I did alittle today but I am still sore. I am no longer counting calories, just avoiding crappy food in general and trying to eat better. I have gained some weight and feel better:)
