yoga is very different than pilates. i would look at the yoga vs. pilates thread because i think for your situation and considering your goals, the pilates would be better for you.

that was a mistake on my part, I am doing pilates not yoga. I am able to get my heartrate up at low resistance, so I'm sure its working.

yes, yoga and pilates are VERY different. if you find a position that you love and would like to share with the group, dont be afraid to post it in the proper section :)

Working out well, I've solved my problem! I'm doing cardio for 30-45 minutes. Mostly with the quazi eliptical/stairstepper on low resistance, than 10 minutes rowing. Then I'm doing only pilates for my legs: side-lying lifts, scissor, cork screw, circles, etc, etc, etc. Seems to be working quite well, my legs are slimming down.
