to be up to 200 lbs by my birthday (feb 26th incase you feel the need to buy me a gift!!).
So far I'm at about 177-180 depending on the day. Just started taking cell mass and true mass to compliment the noxplod i've been taking for about a month. I see the gym usually 4-5 times a week +/- 1 for anywhere from 30-120 mins each. Most activity is weight lifting and the bicycle (working my way back up to the treadmill, which i know won't help with weight gaining, but more for my heart!!).

oh forgot about diet... i eat most anything in front of my face :)
haha, well a lot less fast food over the last 5 weeks or so, but I do eat a lot of different food (and i know not all of it is good)

hmm, haven't had a chance to weigh myself lately. but i fashioned up a pretty crappy tape measure to measure my arms when i got back from the gym tonight. i just did the right one since its bigger, but i got somewhere between 15-15.25 inches (shrug), i dunno how big that is but at least its larger than the diamater of the wheels on my e30 :)
