I agree. I used to weigh myself every other day and drive myself nuts when I owned a scale.

To be honest, I have lost a lot of motivation to excercise. School and work has gotten insanely busy lately, and I have been suffering from major bouts of insomnia as of late. I am just too tired to even go out for a walk. Any suggestions?

I cannot sleep either!!!!! I think this coming week I am going to start doing yoga before bed and see if that relaxes me enough to where I can sleep again. Meditation has worked for me in the past so I think yoga will help out. I will post a few threads on different poses tomorrow and you can check them out and see what you like if you want.

My jeans are starting to get loose, and my uniform for work is fitting even better than it did before. A coworker that I hadn't seen in a while asked me what I was doing, because I had obviously lost some weight. :). I'll post up some updated pics tomorrow for you guys to see :).

tonight I went to a meet at in n out and didn't eat anything there. That was some crazy willpower.

I was fortunate to get a phone call from a friend right as I was walking inside to get something to eat. She got my mind off eating there. By the time I got off the phone with her, I no longer wanted to eat anything.
