My main goal this year is to ride the Death Valley Double Century. 200 miles w/ approx. 9,000 total feet of climbing. Target time will be 13 hours.
This weekend is the Palm Springs Century, but that's more of a fun, slow paced ride. My target time is 8 hours for the 100mi. ride. I'm 5'10, 170, my target weight is 165, but very lean w/ very low body fat. I know thats heavier than most cyclists, but I don't want to sacrifice ALL of my muscle for the sport, haha. As far as goals for muscle growth, pretty much everything could use some more strength and defintion. |

I left the magazine at my room in Palm Springs, but I am going to buy a new one, since I never finished it.
