They speak the truth.. you have to find some positive.. I have quite the problem keeping my friends positive and on the track. You just have to stay stoked about it. Even if you aren't thinking its making a difference; if anything that should just power you to work harder at it so you CAN see it. :)

i tried on a bathing suit that i bought last year and it looks better on me now than it did a year ago.
