This is what I do, keep in mind I HATE running: When I use the treadmill I'll have 5 songs I REALLY like and know the words to on playlist. 5 songs will be ~20-25mins and it makes the time go by very fast.

And trip? Pick up your feet yo! Lol jk of course...

I think I will try the 5 song thing, thanks for that tip.

Oh and even when I pick up my feet I still trip over them.

Mainly because my vision is so bad I have problems with depth perception which is why it is much easier for me to just run on a tredmil and not having to worry about uneven surfaces, rocks, or things of that nature.

Yeah. I tripped once on an uneven sidewalk and really banged up my knee. The treadmill is alot safer...I shouldn't of been running on the pavement to begin with.:hearts

I'm actually really paranoid about falling on the treadmill and being launched lol. Not to mention the skin it'd scrape off.

I have some really nasty scars on my knees from just walking and missing a rock or uneven surface. With the tredmil I can just run and not have to worry about looking down. I trip (not totally fall) at least 2x/day.

i agree with this immensely. i've tried playing songs that i don't really know well and it just doesn't work. if it's a song you know and like then you can get into it a bit more and it takes your mind off of running quite a bit.

well just an update, i dont feel much change in my body, but those around my say i look like i am loosing weight so well see...it all takes time i guess.

it has also been just so cold lately that i havent been motivated enough to go to the gym like i should...i will definately go to the gym this weekend though.
