Alright.. so this past month has been a bit crazy for me.. lots of changes going through in life.. Im finally moved into this new house (still in Southern CA, not too far from the beach). I will finally be in the new place tonight!
Whilst Im working on unpacking everything and settling in, Im going to kick back into some exercise.. since everything has been up in the air, I've been on a strict "eat-whatever-is-convenient" diet (AKA, fast food ), but Im sick of it. Time to get back into eating somewhat decent food and getting into a routine. I feel like a lazy bum.My previous goal/weight log --> My Goal. So as a refresher for new peoples.. Holy shit.. yeah I dont think I can even do that. I dont have much of a stomach.. so I can't eat THAT much.
But yeah, I agree.. Im going to be eating more often, and pushing some weights a little more often. ![]() Thanks man.
