Default Back to school goals!!

Hey all!! I am in desperate need of help! I am hardly 19yrs old 5'2" roughly 118lbs on a good day and my goal all summer has been to get down to 110lbs. I have bought a 24hour membership and work out 3-5 times a day and have completely changed my diet around and started eating healthier, yes sometimes I slip here and there but I always pick myself back up. The only thing I am concerned about is my stomach....I have a bit of a pooch. My goal was to lose that weight and hopefully work towards a six pack or at least a very toned stomach.

My main issue is that I have runners knee so it hurts to do cardio.

please help!!

thanks,

Val

Do you have any set routine of ab exercises?

Welcome to the forum, by the way.

What should be my ideal weight loss goal for my height (5'1.5") age (19) and athleticism lean cheerleader? Im actually down to 113lbs now but I still have plenty of fat on my stomach that I wish to get rid of. It would be awesome if I could get down to 105lbs

My gf is 5'2, age 20, and weighs 95lbs. However, she is way skinny.. Probably too skinny to be honest with ya. So based on that, I think a healthy goal for a "lean cheerleader" type would be ballparking around 110. That's just my opinion though. I wouldnt say that is "ideal weight for the height" as Im not sure how the numbers work out.. but yeah. 110ish is what I would say would be good.

Then again, I prefer the athletic body types that tend to be more muscular from active lifestyles.. So naturally their weight might be a little more than the social norm (specially since for some reason in the past years, all the models and celebrities and junk are all deathly skinny looking. )

I vote you get to 110 and tone it all out. I'd be willing to bet you'd like it..
