I'm back and for good.
I've been doing cardio for almost a month with light lifting (dis-located my knee cap october 30). Last friday I started heavy lifting (trying to gain). I worked out yesterday and I'm going to the gym in like an hour. Current weight: ~185lbs (5'10" Goal: Look good by my birthday (june 4). In the last two months I've also changed my diet drastically. I eat fruits, veggies, chicken, eggs, protein shakes, etc. I've been trying to eat around 6 smaller meals a day to keep my metabolism going. finally, I have a dedicated workout partner! Is there anything specific I should keep record of during the process?

I'm jealous, I wish I had a workout partner. My roommates are all so lazy and none of them are into diet/nutrition like I am. Whenever they see my protein they make that dude you're getting a dell voice and are like "Duuuuude, is that HGHHHHHHH?!" (mimicing that 'my new haircut' video on youtube). Oh well what can you do.
I guess the only advice, or things to keep track of rather, would be your calorie intake (i use fitday.com). I eat very frequently, every couple hours, and I've started to get a little sloppy with my intake sometimes, so it slows weight loss. I'm trying to cut down for summer. I'm basically the same size as you, ~180-185ish, 5'11''. This will be my summer of abs! (never had them in my life...oh so close) Good luck to ya! |
