thanks for the motivation guys....
my main things I will try to do is: stay away from fast food ...(pre plan my meals for the week) work out at least for an hour.... dont eat late...I luv to eat at night 10-11pm when I get home from work. (I'll try not eat after 7pm)

Sounds like good things to start with.. I've also heard dark sodas.. people do well when they stop drinking dark sodas. Just a thought.

!! thanks everyone !!
Today was day #1 .....I got up at 6am and went to the gym for about an hour and a half..... 1 hr cardio 1/2 hr. weight lifting...chest and arms. I feel like a fish out of water...since I havent worked out in 3-4 year..I forgot everything I knew about weight traning...but im just trying to take it slow and focus more on cardio. My goal is to loose at least 10 LB before my winter vacation...... I weighed myself and im at 233 LB/ height at 5'8 / 23 yrs. old Im trying to follow this plan to melt the fat off: How to melt off fat and maintain low body fat. will post pics soon....

...good sore...its not my whole body just my legs from running and I had a sharp pain in one of my knees but it went away...and upper body...its not to bad...I tried not to over do it on my 1st day back..like I usually do..lol... I did very light weight lifting and cardio.....I decided to work out every other day instead....to give my muscles time to heal.....and once my body gets used to it I will be working out all week and taking the weekends off. Now im just looking for a good weight lifting routine......
