Well I've been slacking this month. I'm on an internal medicine rotation at school which means leaving my house at 530 in the morning and getting home around 530 at night. I haven't had the energy (willpower) to workout for about two weeks. I just started up again and I'm going to try and not slack again. I am definitely seeing progress and I'd hate to slow down. I also feel quite a bit better when I'm working out. I'll post a couple of progress pics in this thread to show the gains I've made once I get them from my gf's camera. I'm still very skinny, but it's a huge difference for me.

Here is the only decent 'before' pic I could find:
![]() Here is an update with a few poses: ![]() ![]() ![]() I think my shoulders and back are my strong points. Basically everything else needs work, especially my chest and arms. I have made huge strength gains, but I'm still working on size. More to come. (The thing on my stomach is the insertion site for my insulin pump.) Last edited by svorly; 10-23-2007 at 03:55 AM. |

Sheesh, guys. I don't know why I blocked out my face. I guess I just feel a little weird posting half naked pics of myself online. Next time you guys will get to see my ugly mug.
Josh - Yeah I am. On this rotation I have just been insanely busy. For example, I worked this entire weekend. Got there yesterday morning, was on call all 24 hours of Saturday, worked today also. I think it's a circle. I get a little tired from school, don't feel like working out, then feel more tired. I noticed I feel better when I force myself to work out even when I don't feel like it. My eating habits have been terrible lately as well. I just eat whatever I can whenever I can. I'm trying to figure out how to improve them. I am sick of slacking. |
