It has been almost 2 months since i've started trying to gain. I was 155, now im 170 and my BF is still 7.5%! there are a few pics taken about a month or so ago. im going to make it a priority to get some new pics up here shortly but ive been real busy with work and school. POSITIVE critiques are welcome :)

Awesome work. It's nice to see that you are working on your back too, and not just doing the muscles that you can see.

I was going to try to take pics of my legs but i found that difficult..i want to get to 185 pounds before i try to start gaining more serious wieght. Im pleased with my legs as of this moment, max squat is almost 350, deadlifting 415. ill try to get pics of legs too!
