Its been a while, how is everyone?

Well I've been working out since janurary...lost alot of weight, and put on a decent amount of muscle as well. Arms, abs, chest, back, neck, it all shows.

My question is I wanna cut about another 10lbs or so. Everyone says the last 10 are ALWAYS the hardest to lose, just looking for any suggestions.

Hey man. Good update. Sounds like things have been working out for you very well.

Im not sure how you can go about cutting those last 10lbs, but I still wanted to say good job so far. Keep it up!

Jetter the last is usually the hardest to lose. Whats your current protocol look like? Are you more trying to cut and lose body fat?

I am trying to lose some body fat. I have considerably bulked up, and now I just want to tone it out a little bit more. No more bulk, just a little more trim.
