I find it hard to gain muscle now that I lost a ton of weight. I run to much to increase my muscle mass???

I think most of the tat was done after. It's for my love of car racing and now running (racing).
It's speed racer. And the finish flag was done after I did my marathon. The "26.2" and the outer ring of the star glow under UV lights. ![]() ![]() ![]()
