Hey guys ok, so, I dont really know my body fat, but i want to gain muscle mass. More mass than ripped. I want to lift with cardio built in im sure im missing something but ask away and i can give you all the info required.

4 minute miles are fast. 7:30 for 1.5 miles is pretty good. Its about a 5 min mile which is good for running to just work out. In my personal opinion though, 1.5 miles isn't that much if it is your only work out. Running is good for endurance, burning calories/fat, and getting lean muscles. If you want to build more muscle mass, I suggest doing some sort of weight work out along with the running. You could do weights and running everyday, or alternate days, or even keep running everyday and do weights 3-4 times a week in addition to the running.

Fast actually. I can only do mid 6's
I've never been able to comprehend how someone can run a mile in 4 minutes... I am a sprinter and it seems to me you would have to be sprinting the ENTIRE time.
