I guess I'll start with my goals??
I would like to be under 200lbs. 199 counts! I've come close before, but not I'm attempting it the healthy way.
I started my "life change" on Monday. Trying to avoid the "D" word.
I'm going to try to hit the gym twice a week for some tough workouts and then run on the days in between that. Any advice here would be very helpful.

I'm not watching weight too much because I am trying to build as I lose.
As soon as I get up enough posts I will start posting before and afters!
Any other info I should post in here?
