Default David Jones' Goals & Progress

I guess I'll start with my goals??

I would like to be under 200lbs. 199 counts! I've come close before, but not I'm attempting it the healthy way.

I started my "life change" on Monday. Trying to avoid the "D" word.
I'm going to try to hit the gym twice a week for some tough workouts and then run on the days in between that. Any advice here would be very helpful.

8/22/07:
Weight: 228.7lbs

I'm not watching weight too much because I am trying to build as I lose.

As soon as I get up enough posts I will start posting before and afters!

Any other info I should post in here?

"Life change" Nice..

I think you should have no problem getting under 200. What did you say you were, 5'9"? Even with building muscle, you should be under 200 after a bit.

Yeah, 5'9. I would just hate to get my hopes up about being under 200 and then find out I'm not getting there because the muscle outweighs it. I do understand that this is a good thing, but I would definitely like to drop the fat.

I'm sure you'll be good.. are you going to do a weekly weigh in like I do? Or every other week? Or.. how are you doing to do it?

I think I'll do it weekly. I keep weighing myself, but I forget to update my excel document
