haha. Yeah I would say your goals might just be 1) Lose some weight. 2) Tone muscles. 3) Build stamina/endurance for working out.
I think the last one is a bit of importance that many people don't think about. I personally would LOVE to have the stamina to be able to workout for longer timeframes. I get beat really quickly. ![]()
