Default 165 to 185 in 6 months

okay summer is over for me, i work too much to do anything..but my goal for the winter is to gain 20 pounds of muscle while maintaining my current body fat percentage (8%). I started training today

I've been pleased with my strength gains as of lately but not my size..i barely gained 10 pounds in 6 months. I think the reasoning for this was because i did cardio everyday..either running 4-6 miles or doing the eliptical or stationary bike for 30 minutes. so i want to cut out a lot of cardio and focus more on lifting.

ill be training 6 days a week and sundays are my day off.
my routine is
day 1- chest, tri's, abs
day 2- back, bi's
day 3-legs, shoulders, abs
repeat then take 7th day off

my current diet is around 3000 calories and i havent been gaining any wieght at all. I figure if i cut out the cardio and do it every other day rather than everyday i will gain wieght a little bit more easy.

im currently taking cytogainer, glutamine, creatine, and ZMA
usually slam 2 scoops of whey in the morning with a serving of glutamine and creatine. After workout shake is a full serving of cytogainer with a serving of glutamine and creatine as well. ZMA i take before i hit the bed.

if you guys have any tips or ideas about a good diet, calorie goal, or supplements that would help i would greatly appreciate it.

those are a few pics that were taken about 3 weeks ago..ill try to keep a photo journal

I think 10 lbs of muscle a year is a good gain. 20 lbs in a winter is a lofty goal.
