It's been several months since I've been around. I was enticed back....I had started a regime of mass gaining. I am currently on a 2 week break. When I return to my gym, I will be into week 30. At first, 139 & 3/4 lbs. 5% BF, it seemed like nothing was working according to the program. Today , 181 Lbs 8% BF. I have to realize the program I undertook has done for me what all others claimed would be impossible. I have a way to go yet, to bring me up to 200lbs, then cut & define to 191 lbs. At 6'2" that will be ideal, and in light of my age, a smart choice to stay lean & defined than to just get big. Anyone interested in the same goals, I am open to discussion....

Wow.. sounds like you have some good stuff going on..
Check out my goals page.. Im workin on getting to 185-190.. Im 6'4 and currently hovering around 165-170. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. ![]()
