i was semi active during the first month or so of the forum but kinda fell off my work out rutine and stopped visiting here. today i got one of your email things saying you hadent seen me in a wile it worked i'm back.
any way i havent woked out in ehh idk at very very least 5 months. last year was my first year of college and for that reason i got lost in drinking going to parties and of corse always working on my car. and against the norm i have actually lost weight i'm not as cut as i used to be, i have lost my 6 pack and most of the size i had which wasnt much being 6' and 160 now i'm 145-150. i didnt do work out during the summer because i couldnt afford to pay for a membership anywhere while saving for next semester and buying shit to get my car running agin. but now for the good news i am going back to school in a week and get access to the campus gym agian so now i have no excuse to get back at it. my goal is to get to as close to 170 by the end of the semester as i can. i'll try to get some before pictures in the next couple of days and keep it updated. i have never been able to stay dedicated to working out for more that about 3 months but hopefully you guys can keep me motivated to stick with it in the same way bf.c keeps me motivated that i can make my car better. |

Wow talk about coming back out of no where. Welcome summer is a hard time to stick around a forum as most people go out and enjoy the weather. Also a harder time to stick to an exercise program.
Feel free to let us know what your short and long term goals and we'll bug you until you hit them =) Just kidding. But really let us know and maybe we can give you some other ideas of how to acheive it. As you already know we have a very diverse background here with people in all different niches of the fitness realm. |
