Rakel's Goal
Here is what I want to do...I want to lose weight, and have fun doing it....I absolutely hate the monotony in working out....I have trouble sticking with it...also, having had knee surgery knee surgery and having to do PT 2 times a day (3 hours each) 5 days a week, gets you kinda burned out on working out. This fall, I am going off to college and I am actually excited because I am taking a hip hop class, which is two hours a day, tuesdays and thursdays. That is the type of exercise that I enjoy. I am also excited because the college that I am going to has an indoor rock wall, and a humongous activities center. So I'm pretty sure getting exercise next year will not be an issue, not to mention the campus is one of the largest in the country. sooo wish me luck!!!...o by the way, I do have problems with weight training...I worked out today and here is a picture of what it looks like.

I was wondering cuz we have a great gym, and a moving rock wall. I spent many many many hours in that gym
