Yeah, don't rush yourself. It's one thing to lose weight. But you really need to do it in a healthy manner. Don't want to be doing damage to yourself.

I agree with the guys here, give yourself at least 6 months to lose 30 lbs. I lost 15 lbs in 5 months, and have kept it off.

The longer that you take to lose the weight, the easier it is to keep off. Honestly, make small modifications to your diet, and start excercising more, and the weight will come off in time.

1 lb lost! The dietician told me today she thinks I could have all the 37lbs (now 36lbs) lost by thanksgiving.
Yesterday my workout was 1 hour of Zumba.. that stuff works you out baby Today I went swimming for 2 hours... stayed in the deep end alot so it worked me out alot.

Zumba is this hard core Latin, Reggaeton, hip hop dance exercise class that is the craze here in texas. Its like all these dance moves must enough to get your heart pumpin and moving around alot. you are constantly moving for an hour.
down 3 more lbs total weight loss 4 lbs!
