Very impressive lifts. I've seen very few females put up numbers like that!

I usually train with a three day split for lifting + cardio on fridays.

Squat Day
Chest Day
DL Day

for the next few weeks i will be adding 2 extra cardio sessions and cleaning up my diet so i can drop the extra 4kg of fat to make my weight category.

Cardio is an intense RPM (Spin) session

I also coach a Junior soccer team and play Rugby Union in the front row.

My favourite lift is the Squat.

I will post pics after the comp. I am realy pleased with my bench, it had been stuck for a while but have been doing extra sets where i only do the bottom of the lift and it has helped me blast through my sticking point :)

Have you been training in a machine to help you with that?

Have you tried using chains on for your bench press, and does your spotter put one finger under the bar and put the absolute least effort into getting it up just so you have to do maximium work?

No I havn't tried chains, normally there is no actual contact with the bar untill the last couple of reps and even that is minimal assistance. Today I completed my sets with my spotter only needing to help me rack the bar after the final set. next bench press day the training weight goes up
