What are your guys' tricks for dealing with muscle soreness? I am still sore from my 4.2 mile walk on Sunday, and a bath isn't helping. I will attempt to use my moist heat pad tonight and see if that makes a difference.

where I'm sore is the sides of my butt (close to the thigh area). I'm not sure how to stretch there.

i had taken tylenol PM, as the pain was keeping me up at night. Today is the first day that I am not sore.

yes, thank god. It has nearly been a week since I last excercised because of this soreness. I'll be walking for a while tomorrow.

RICE- Rest Ice Compression and Elevation. When my legs hurt I used a frozen gel pack. Before I bought the gels, I used frozen strawberries. Ice right after exercise.
