Default Stability Ball Exercise: Ball Twist

Get into a pushup position with the feet on either side of the ball (turning your ankles so that you are hugging the ball). Hold body in a straight line with abs pulled in, hips straight and hands directly under shoulders. Slowly twist the ball to the right while trying to keep your shoulders level, then to the left. Don't sag in the middle.

i found that looking up at a wall (where the cealing meets the wall, that corner that it makes) really helps keep my body from shaking too much when i do the twist.

I definately noticed myself shaking a lot when I tried it. Tomorrow when I go to the gym I'll do that looking at the corner in the wall trick. Thank you for that tip.
