Default Gym Equipment

So i though it would be intresting to find out what gym equipment people own. I myself like to work out by myself at my house because I'm able to focus on what needs to get done and not worry about anyone around me not taking their workout seriouly.

Things that I own
  • BOSU
  • Therabands
  • Swiss balls
  • Med ball
  • Jump rope
  • Weighted bar (not a bar for wights)
  • Dumbells but I need to work on getting my set back up now that I moved across country
  • Lots of testing equipment

I'm an infomercial junkie-:hearts
Lateral Thigh Trainer
Tony Little Gazelle
Body By Jake
That Christy Brinkley endorsed thingy- Total Body 2000? very dusty at this point.
jump rope
stretch resistance bands
that big ball
some type of stackable steps
3-5lb dumbells....and I just ordeded the Winsor Pilates Series set with that gadget it comes with.

...and my parents have a treadmill, and some type elyptical machine/runner...oh and they got a stationary bike and my dad has this crazy looking rowing machine.
Sometimes when I go back home to my parents I use their stuff!

I got alot of stuff that I don't use like I should:(

There is so much you can do, once you realize how muscle works and respond.
