Either one is difficult for me..

I had a hard time telling when I lost weight...
What really told the tale was body fat...I lost 30 scale lbs in 4 months (down to 170 from 200). But when I stopped working out hard (I took a month off after 6 months 'on') I lost another 10 lbs(of what was most likely muscle) and went down to 160. :( |
