Default So, um, I think I just stopped sweating...

That can't be good.

I drank water well before going to the gym, like I always do. I drank water at the gym, like I always do. I was sweating pretty good, then about an hour and fifteen minutes in... it seems like I just stopped sweating.

Either, that's a bad thing. Or the gym was pretty empty today and the AC kicked on pretty good.

Interesting.. I personally would say its okay if you dont get soaking wet as many do. I don't sweat at all.. but it's ALWAYS been like that.

So Im kind of confused if you have been sweating a good amount and all of a sudden stopped. Hopefully somebody else has an answer for you.

heat stroke will kill you, however.

how did you feel otherwise? headache, nausea? shakes? you were in the gym, so possibly you adapted. but outside in the heat, stopping sweating is a bad thing.

the amount i sweat depends on the gym that im working out at. when i workout at the gym i work at, i usually sweat a lot more than if i was lifting at the other gym i go to. It all depends i guess.

First time ever.

I usually sweat fine. I was born in Miami and have no general aversion to heat.

I dunno, I felt fine afterwards, maybe it was just that the AC started kicking in or something.

Well has such thing occured for once or has happened few times now?

Truly I never heard of any such thing nor did it happen with me anytime.

The AC was already on when you got in and that time you were sweating, then suddenly how you could stop sweating.

May be it has too hot outside, and for the first half hour your body was still cooling down and at that time you continued to sweat. But later on your body temperature stabilized and you stopped sweating.

It can be one reason.
