Default Hooked

I know it's only been one week, but I really think I've adopted this as my new hobby. It's in my head.

In one week I've changed some parts and thinking related to my diet, which has helped me feel somewhat more even keeled, less peaks and less valleys in mental and physical energy, I've lost a couple of pounds, and I just really hate my off days.

I have some Kraft Cheese and some Sour Cream in my fridge, and I just kinda can't see eating it now, I can see just throwing it away. I'll prolly make a bunch of bean and cheese burritos and go give them to the homeless this weekend. I live in the hood, so, there's a bunch of homeless over by the MLK center.

I'll prolly turn my off days into Cardio days and do weights the other days.

I'm lucky, the gym is pretty much in the building next door. I work downtown, so, it's like a 2 minute walk.

I'd have to get on a real lame streak to mess this up.

I feel you, taking a short time off though you can really feel the difference once you get back into it again. Keep posting once every couple of days so you can keep up motivation.

I'm feeling good too. I am loving going to the gym, moving metal, and running on a treadmill.

Keep up the good work Count

Tracking your progress is going to make all the difference so you don't wonder if you've been making the progress you can see it. Have your trainer check your body fat every month or so.
