Default crunches...

Am I doing them right?

I'm using some sort of ab cruncher bench and keeping my head back and keeping within what I think is the proper range of motion...

You've seen the pics, I'm able to whip off like 40 crunches and then whip off 32 on each side before I even start to feel anything... at this point, I should not be able to do 40 of anything...

I'm not sure I understand what you are using.. any pics?

I couldn't tell ya if you are doing them right or not..

...my pics are in the Before and After section too.. I can't do 40 crunches yet. I do about 15-20 then rest.. then another 15-20. Then it hurts and I cant do it anymore. But maybe my stomach is just really weak.. I have no idea.

I like to do swiss ball work for abs, putting the ball between the legs and bringing it up 90 degees and slowly lowering it just an inch above the floor. The lower portion should take about 5 seconds.

I'll get on them, believe it or not I don't have a digital camera anyone it got dropped on the ground and broke. I'll see what I can do.
