Nightime
So, what are some basic things that one should not do or not do at night?
It's 11pm, I'm bored, kinda bummed about today's session, I want to make-up a cardio and push-up routine, but is that a good idea this late at night?
What about diet stuff? No Pasta I gathered from a sheet I got today, but, I lost it before I got a chance to read it. Sugars like a glass of orange juice?
I don't usually go to bed until 1-2am anyhow. I take a 30 minute nap as soon as I get off work, and I get about 5-6 hours of sleep a night.
