Josh, I'm going to email you another excel file that is the Rockport VO2Max test.
it can be found here The number that the polar watch comes up with looks like ml/kg/min since the number is 45 to 51.

Also try this method. Since you can't do a true Vo2 max test your best bet it to do different vo2 sub max test. This is always one of my favorites

SMJ, I'm going to try the VO2 max test you suggested. I went out and got a $50 polar watch heart rate monitor with the chest band. Looks like you saved me some serious dough.
I printed out that huge detailed physiology post. Looks like I'm the science dork who is willing to break it down and learn it. I Greatly appreciate your dedication. |
