Default Body weight exercises

I hardly ever see people doing bodyweight exercise. I personally think they are great and should be used a lot more. From dips, to push-ups, to pull ups, to one legged squats. You can even use BOSU's. To me it's always provides a great workout.

Do you add these sorts of exercises to your workout and if you do what do you do.

I do door pull-ups, tons of push-ups(many forms), sit-ups, crunches, lunges and squats(different forms) all throughout the day. Usually I do most of them when I'm at home.

glad to hear. I'm going to hopefully put out a write up of different exercises that can be done with just body weight and hopefully get it out by this weekend.

I love body weight exercises.. (although they would probably work better for me if I had MORE weight to use.. ) but very fun. I want to find some way to do pull ups.. I always liked them in Jr High during PE class.

If you can, maybe include some Kermit the Frog style pictures? hah.. I always have a hard time knowing whether or not Im doing things right unless I can see pics or video.

Next month I plan to release a database of pics submitted by users of hot to demo an exercise correctly. So if you have access to a gym and a nice digital camera let me know.

i do enjoy dips, pull ups and push ups however.

so i did dips yesterday and i really loved them! i forgot how awesome they were AND i can really feel it in my arms and legs today.

I LOVE bodyweight exercises! Some of my favorites actually. I like to use them the most. From pull-ups..different forms of push-ups...etc.
