Default Mini workout for 06.09.07

Today will be a complete body workout, pretty simple.

Pushups 3 x 25
· Bench presses 3 x 8
· Bicep curls 4 x 9
· Tricep dips or lifts 4 x 12
· Shoulder presses (military style) 3 x 8
· Shoulder shrugs 3 x 8
· Crunches – traditional, lower, and side 3 x 25

For your lower body, you will want to follow a complete body sculpting routine that includes:
· Squats 3 x 15
· Deadlifts 3 x 8
· Calf raises 5 x 12

Repeast whole workout twice enjoy. :wave
